about me 

1. who are you?
i’m emily, a photographer and part-time disney cast member. my personal tumblr is curiouserand.

2. where do you work at disney?
i work in bell services at the contemporary resort. i’m a dispatcher, which means i assign luggage runs to the bellmen.

3. how long have you worked for disney?
i did a college program in fall of 2009, working in attractions as DINOSAUR!. when my program ended, i stayed in orlando and went part time in photopass, at animal kingdom, spending most of my working hours at breakfast at tusker house. in october of 2011, i transferred to part time bell services dispatch at the contemp, where i still work.

4. do you work at universal, too?
no, but i do have an annual pass. my boyfriend works there, though, and we go pretty often. i am also a huge halloween horror nights fan, and usually buy a frequent fear pass so i can go as many times as i want!

5. who is your favorite princess?
ariel! the little mermaid is the first movie i ever saw in theaters, and i burned through 3 or 4 copies of the vhs when i was a kid.

6. who is your favorite couple?
flynn and rapunzel! 

7. what is your favorite disney movie?
alice in wonderland. i have a mad hatter tattoo, and my thesis was based on alice.

8. what’s your favorite theme park ride?
wdw: rock ‘n’ roller coaster & tower of terror
universal: the mummy 

9. tell us more about you!
i’m 25 (oh god, i’m so olddd), i was born in pennsylvania and raised in new york, i went to school in a tiny town in upstate ny that no one ever knows of. most of my family lives in north carolina.

i recently moved from celebration (yes, that celebration) to an apartment near seaworld. my boyfriend and i have a dog (charlie) and two cats (arlo & l.c.), who are pretty much all rescues in their own ways.
